Equipment

A competent and professional but also quick work requires a clearly defined infrastructure: To achieve modern archaeological standards it is necessary to step back of the cliché of brushes and drawing board.

Our infrastructure contains:

  • Offices, including up to date and regular maintained hard- and software
  • Several total stations, GPS- Systems, digital and analog cameras which are necessary for a modern documentation
  • Store rooms for the compilation of the inventory, the restoration and temporary storage of the excavated finds and probes
  • A modern fleet including cross-country vehicles, transporter, different trailers, a mini-excavator, et cetera
  • A modern plant including, different generators, a water screen machine, air compressors, breakers
  • A full field equipment including mobile tents, extra large tents, prefabricated huts, et cetera
